Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines that must be followed.
How to Request a Return

All requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the delivery date.
The delivery day counts as Day 1.
Requests submitted after 3 calendar days will be automatically rejected.
Return Shipping Deadline
Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 days from the original delivery date (not from approval).
Items dispatched after this timeframe will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for items returned outside the allowed timeframe.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping if the return is due to:
Ordering the wrong product
Ordering the wrong size
Change of mind
Not satisfied
Item does not meet personal expectations
Use a trackable courier service and keep proof of postage.
Returns should be sent to the address provided by us via email after approval.
Customers are responsible for any loss or damage during return.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs.
International Returns
Returns from outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes.
We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by your country.
The buyer is responsible for return postage.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale items
Items containing earrings (hygiene reasons)
Hair accessories
Saree shapewear
Customised or made-to-order items
Items that are altered, damaged, worn, or missing parts
Important Reminders
Please record an unboxing video when your parcel arrives.
All orders are packed securely and quality-checked before dispatch.
Customers must record a video while opening the parcel.
This video is required to report any damage, defect, or missing items.
Claims for damage or loss cannot be processed without an unboxing video, as required by courier policies.
Return Condition Requirements
Items must be in original, unworn, and unused condition exactly as received.
Items must be free from perfume, makeup, stains, or any signs of use.
Sarees must be returned in the same original folding as sent.
Any change in folding or visible signs of refolding will be considered worn/used.
All tags, labels, and security seals must remain attached.
Missing tags or broken/removed seals will result in automatic rejection.
Pack items carefully to avoid damage.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return.
Items not returned in original condition may incur up to a 30% restocking fee.
Items not returned in original condition may be rejected and sent back to the buyer at their own postage cost. The buyer will be responsible for shipping and a 30% restocking fee.
Delivery Responsibility / Incorrect Address
Customers must provide a correct delivery address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, the customer is responsible for re-delivery charges.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting original shipping and return charges.
Refused or Uncollected Parcels
Refused or uncollected parcels will be treated as returns.
Any shipping, return, or handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged Packaging on Delivery
If outer packaging is damaged, report it to the courier and record an unboxing video.
Failure to report visible damage may affect claims.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; returns must follow the standard process.
Inspection of Returned Items
All returned items will be inspected before refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
Product Appearance Disclaimer
We make every effort to display accurate images and videos of our products.
Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, camera settings, and device displays.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 working days after receiving and inspecting items.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your bank account.
Final Note
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy requirements or is suspected of misuse or abuse.
