Processing & Dispatch

All items are quality-checked and carefully packed before dispatch.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Special Delivery: Ships next working day for guaranteed delivery. Orders placed on weekends may be delayed. Please message us to confirm details if requesting Special Delivery.
International Delivery: 3–10 working days. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance at the destination.

Shipping Costs

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address.
Parcels returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal will be the customer’s responsibility for re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
All parcels are shipped with tracking.
Customers must check parcels for visible damage and record an unboxing video.
Claims for damage or missing items cannot be processed without a video.
Refused or Uncollected Parcels
Refused or uncollected parcels will be returned to us.
Any shipping and handling charges will be deducted from refunds.
